• Payment Data: Managed by our processor (e.g., Stripe); we do not store full payment card details.

4) AI Processing

AI insights are generated using the workout and measurement data you enter. These results are designed for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Data used for AI analysis remains private to your account and is not used for external training or advertising.

We only share data with trusted third parties who enable us to operate our service:

• Supabase: Database and authentication services for user accounts and logs.
• Stripe: Handles payments and subscription management.
• Email & Analytics Tools: Used for account notifications and anonymous usage metrics.

All third parties are contractually required to protect your data in compliance with privacy laws.

6) Cookies & Local Storage

FitLiftLog uses cookies or local storage for authentication and app performance. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can manage these settings in your browser.

7) Data Retention

We retain your account and workout data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your identifiable data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), database access controls, and limited employee access. However, no online system is completely secure; use the service at your discretion.
